Michael's experience

After over 25 years of success in business across the leisure and property sectors, and having developed some amazing people, Michael now provides a portfolio of services from executive coaching, non-executive director, keynote speaking and consultancy. He has spent much of his career in private business with MDL Marinas Group, navigating the business through COVID and then pivoting elements of the core business to drive growth. He has a proven track record of leading business to focus on a culture of team and customer at the centre, whilst developing and delivering a sustainable long-term strategy. Michael works in association with one of the UK’s leading executive coaches and gets the very best results from clients who use his services for the long term. Michael also delivers engaging keynote speeches across multiple sectors, centred around leadership, teamwork and customer experience, all designed to drive improved performance.

The Executive Coaching Programme

The Executive Coaching programme runs across eight sessions over six months and is specifically designed for senior leaders, CEOs, MDs, partners and board and non-board directors. You will learn about yourself, how you lead, how you manage and who you are, using tools such as Clifton Strengths and Myers Briggs, to support you to be the best you can be.

The coaching programme has been developed in association with one of the UK’s leading Executive Coaches, coaching CEOs and Senior Executives since 2002 and is tried and tested at delivering results. The programme is designed to accelerate the personal development of executives, providing a deeper understanding of how they lead, their personality type, strengths and development areas and opportunities for growth.
