Michael's business is to provide a unique and incredibly valuable Executive Coaching Programme for CEOs, MDs partners and board and non-board directors. You will learn about yourself, how you lead, how you manage and who you are, using tools such as Clifton Strengths and Myers Briggs, to support you to be the best you can be. Michael's programme is specially designed to help you be a better leader, be more confident in the office and in the board room and to help you grow your business. 

Based on the south coast of England, just an hour outside London, Michael provides Executive Coaching,  Keynote Speaking and other services to businesses all over the UK.

Michael trained as an Executive Coach, working with one of the UK’s leading Executive Coaches and is qualified by over 20 years of coaching and mentoring successful senior people. He has a BA (Hons) business degree and is an Alumni of The Leadership Trust.
